Full Service Interior Design includes in-person consultations, comprehensive project management, site visits, furniture procurement, and hands-on installation. In contrast, Furniture and Styling Service offers a more flexible approach, with either in-person or virtual consultations, for smaller spaces to create custom design plan and shopping list that you can implement on your own based on your time and budget.

To choose the right service, consider the scale of your project, budget and your preferred level of involvement. For projects where you want a more hands-off approach, opt for Full Service Interior Design. If you prefer a more flexible, budget-friendly option for smaller projects, Furniture and Styling Service is a better fit. Assess your budget, time constraints, design dilemmas and comfort with in-person interactions to make an informed decision based on your specific needs.

Each of our design services has its own pricing structure. Once you fill our Design Intake Form, we proceed to a Discovery Call followed by a 60-min initial consultation (in-person or virtual) charged at $275 + HST, cost of which is added to the service should you choose to proceed. For Full Service Interior Design, we charge a flat rate for Planning Phase and an hourly rate for Implementation Phase, which varies based on the project's complexity and scope. Our Furniture and Styling Service is charged at a flat rate based on the scope and complexity of the project.

For Full Service Interior Design, we charge a combination of flat fee + hourly rate depending on the scope and size of the project. We discuss specifics during the initial consultation, and can provide a tailored payment schedule according to your comfort.
For Furniture and Styling Service, we ask for full payment upfront.

We move with the pace of the project. The duration of a typical project varies based on factors like scope and complexity. While Furniture and Styling for a single room may take a few weeks, Full Service Interior Design for one room could span a few months. Projects covering an entire home can take several months to over a year. Actual timelines depend on project specifics, stakeholder responsiveness and may change during the duration of the project.

Yes! Our Furniture and Styling Service allows us to work with clients anywhere in the world. If you are based outside of Toronto/GTA, Please reach out to us by filling out the Design Intake Form and we will contact you with next steps.
